step #1: all ages (0-99+)
Initial consultation

This appointment will help to determine what specific orofacial myofunctional disorders the client has. This appointment includes:
- Education on ideal orofacial development and wellness and its role in airway issues and craniofacial growth and development.
- Deep dive into the client’s health and medical history
- Evaluation of the face, mouth, and tongue muscles
- Detailed review of findings
- Personalized plan of treatment that will be carried out through online appointments
step #2: Whole Mouth Health programs
adults (7+ years old)
Myofunctional therapy Sessions
- Approximately 12 sessions (30 minutes each) over a 6-8 month time frame.
- Depending on the patient and their specific needs, there may be a need for a referral to other healthcare professionals (i.e. dentist who performs frenectomies, ENT, SLP, etc.) who can help address needs outside of the scope of this practice.

kids (4-6 years old)

orofacial development & wellness program
- 6 biweekly sessions (30 minutes each) that are individualized to address each client’s specific orofacial dysfunctions identified in the initial appointment
- During each session, games and activities are taught to the parents and child that use the Myomunchee and other training tools to help with oral habit elimination, lip seal, tongue tone, mobility, and posture, pre- and post op functional frenuloplasty exercises (if needed), breathing re-education, postural work, and chewing and swallowing.
littles (0-3 years old)
orofacial development & wellness program
- 6 biweekly sessions (30 minutes each) that are individualized to address each client’s specific orofacial dysfunctions identified in the initial appointment
- During each session, games and activities are taught to the parents and child that use the Myomunchee and other training tools to help with oral habit elimination, lip seal, tongue tone, mobility, and posture, pre- and post op functional frenuloplasty exercises (if needed), breathing re-education, postural work, and chewing and swallowing.

step #3: practice. practice. practice.

The success of Whole Mouth Health programs are greatly enhanced by how much you practice. Practice generally only takes 10 minutes or less each day, and don’t worry, it will be fun!
